
講下個薯仔炆牛柳粒點整先~~~我都係跟

先煎下D牛柳至8成熟~~~裝起~~~鑊都唔使洗, 就爆薯仔~~:P
跟住爆下的蒜頭, 洋蔥, 爆下D薯仔, 用蠔油+水+糖做調味, 炆佢大約7,8分鐘~~~煮至冧晒~~~

D薯仔冧左之後就落番D牛柳再炒下佢~~~咁就得的啦~~~~



呢D蝦成$135一斤, 呢度買左$100 好好食呀~~~辛苦搵黎食, 豪一餐啦~~~:P 好正呀~~好鬼彈牙~~~~~只係落左蒜頭和蔥咁灼, 無落油架, 煮左出黎都咁令身, 新鮮的原因~~~掛~~~
